www.redmillspet.co.uk is a dedicated pet website. You can choose from any of our three brands of dog food, treats and dental sticks. Each range has been designed to include different benefits to ensure your dog has exactly what they need.
Go Native is our range of paleo-based dog food, which is free from grain, gluten and GM ingredients, and includes delicious menu options including Organic Herring or Salmon, and Free Run Duck or Chicken. What do I need to do to repeat my subscription order?
Follow the steps that were included in the recent email you received from us. Your Subscription order will automatically be sent to you as requested. You just set it up once and you’ll never run out of feed again!
How do I amend or cancel my subscription?
You just need to log on, go to My Account, select My Subscription. Select cancel or amend your address and payment details.
What is the minimum order value required for Free Shipping?
The minimum order value for free shipping is £25.00 on the new Red Mills Pet website compared to £50.00 on the old website.
Can I collect Loyalty points on the new web site?
The loyalty scheme has been retired, and we are replacing this instead with FREE delivery for orders over £25 and an annual gift* to celebrate your dog’s birthday.

How do I redeem my loyalty points for the old website?
You will have received an email from us with instructions on a discount code which you can avail of on the new website to the value of any loyalty points you may have built on the old site. If you haven’t received this email, you can pop us an email at onlineshop@redmills.ie and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you still send out Puppy packs?
We have replaced the old puppy pack scheme with a brand new Puppy Club where new pawrents can receive 15% off our their first 3 orders of Puppy food across all of our ranges, including Go Native, Leader and Engage.
How do I join the new puppy club?
Click here and complete the online submission form and our pawsome team will send you your Puppy club discount code. Simply order your preferred puppy diet and enter the discount code at the Check Out. Your basket will automatically update with the discounted puppy club price.
