Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Connolly’s RED MILLS order, simply return it to our offices within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled. Please note – refusing the delivery from our couriers does not constitute returning the item to our offices.
Please check the contents of your Connolly’s RED MILLS package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
If it is necessary to return items for either of the above reasons, please send an email to email@example.com, and note your name, order number and product details. We will than send your instructions on how to return the items to us. Please note a refund can take up to 21 days to process after we have recieved the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.
